How Our Products Are Made
We use print-on-demand. That means your item is created the moment you check out. No dusty inventory. No wasted products. Just fresh, made-for-you merch.
Most items take 2–5 business days to be produced before they ship.

These delivery windows include production, shipping and a little extra buffer to stay safe.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders, no minimum required.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link in your email.
Give it 24–48 hours to update. Carriers are slow at the beginning of the journey.
Wrong Address
If you entered the wrong address, contact us as fast as you can.
If the order has already shipped, we can’t pull it back.
If it gets returned to us, we can reship it, but you’ll need to cover the new shipping fee.
Delays
Delays can happen because of:
- customs processing
- bad weather
- holiday rush
- courier backlogs
We don’t control carriers, but we’ll always support you if something goes wrong.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If the tracking says “delivered” but you didn’t get it:
- Double check your mailbox and with your neighbors
- Contact the carrier
- Email us
We’ll help however we can, but we don’t refund orders marked “delivered.”
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made just for you, we don’t accept returns or size exchanges.
BUT if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it for free.
Just send a photo within 7 days of delivery.
